What is Current?
Current is a creative arts space located at 223 W. Main Street in historic downtown Washington, North Carolina.
Our primary mission is providing imaginative, interactive, and immersive experiences for our youth and their families,
but our space is enjoyed by all ages spanning from young children to adults. All are welcome here!
We offer walk-in opportunities to create and enjoy art of all forms along with a
calendar of events to register for classes, workshops, and other community experiences.
Walk-ins are welcome and encouraged! We have a variety of walk-in projects for all budgets, ages and skill levels.
Shop our store inventory to find projects you can do on-site, take home, or both... start on-site and take home to finish! We have a wonderful selection of creative gifts, toys, and more!
